Thank you for your patience. We have now completed our
investigation of the duplicate commission run of last week, and I am happy
to tell you that we are satisfied with the results. Our IT staff
confirmed that all members received their commissions, albeit twice.
The second commission run included the additional Asterios added to the
first run.
We will be processing the cashout requests beginning this
afternoon US EST. Because of the large number of cashout requests,
this process will take some time. New cashout requests will be
accepted tomorrow morning US EST. Pending cash transfers will be
processed today and new cash transfers will be accepted tomorrow morning US
EST. There will be no additional commission run this coming Thursday.
Again, I sincerely apologize to all of you for the computer
error that has caused this duplicate commission run and the time it took to
figure out the problem. We had to ensure that it won’t happen again
in future and, more importantly, that all members received their
commissions.
All processes will be back to normal next week.
